Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EDO Performance account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5 business days.
